the idea was to do a cliche harlequin romance cover with dipper and mabel, the roles of the hero and the heroine reversed (because that’s how they can be sometimes), but then i remembered how goddamn cheesy and classic the poster for gone with the wind is and that’s how this happened

A while back someone in the Pinecest fandom posed a saying that could be used to figure out who among the fandom is also a sinful shipper. The phrase was based around the two biggest members of our community @pineneedleshurt and Doublepines (now @in-your-face-elizabeth) and went “Are you a friend of double?” with a response “Do pine needles hurt?” I always thought this was clever. Does anyone remember this though or has anyone successfully used it at like cons and what not. Spread the word as I am interested in who else remembers this.
So since these two are gone now from the fandom (well, one in hiding and the other all gone) can we use this phrase.
